HOW A COMMUNITY BLOOMS OFFERING WORKS

THE OFFERING
A Renae Eden Community Blooms Offering is a single, limited release of flower arrangements, delivered within Bentwater along one route, on one appointed day and window. Offerings are limited to a set number of arrangements available and the number may change from one offering to the next based resources, complexity, or time constraints.
Offerings are occasional by design. Information about upcoming offerings of floral arrangements are sent out by email and available for reservation on a webpage exclusive to that offering. Reservations close several days in advance so that flowers can be sourced an arrangements created.
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Each offering is a seasonal design for a coffee table with a low profile to encourage conversation. Occasionally, larger host table arrangements or foyer entry pieces may become available during holidays. Each design lasts approximately 5 - 8 days depending on the specific flowers used. Some of the most beautiful, unique, and scented flowers have the shortest vase life. I try to strike a balance between design longevity and the natural ethereal beauty of flowers.
I try to present a clear picture of the size, shape, color palette, and individual flowers in each design for an offering. It is possible that a sourcing challenge may occasionally require a quick pivot to a different flower variety or color. In these cases, I choose to prioritize the overall value, scale, character and color palette over using a particular flower.
Bespoke colors, individual styling and specific-variety requests are not part of Renae Eden Community Blooms Floral Offering.
HOW IT IS MADE
Locally and farm-grown material is used whenever the season allows, composed with premium market flowers so that the arrangement holds its scale and vase life. What is local shifts week by week throughout the changing seasons. I celebrate those seasonal shifts by design.
I work with eco-conscious mechanics like compostable natural materials and chicken wire in reusable vases. I offer a vase recycling discount if vases used in one offering are returned at a future offering.
RESERVING AND PAYMENT
A reservation places a hold on your card. Nothing is charged until the offering reaches its minimum of 12 tables and is confirmed.
Should it not reach that number, the hold is released in full and your card is not charged.
Prices are in US dollars and include the vase and delivery within Bentwater. Texas sales tax is added at checkout.
IF AN OFFERING IS FULL
When reservations reach the full number available, reservations will close. When they close, you are welcome to join the waitlist for that offering. Should a reservation be released, I offer it to the waitlist in turn, by email, with a short window to accept before it passes on to the next individual on the list.
CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
You are welcome to cancel at any point before reservations close, with nothing owed.
After the reservation window closes, supplies have been purchased for the offering and reservations can no longer be cancelled or refunded. If something genuinely unavoidable arises, please send me a message. If there is a waitlist for the offering, there may be an opportunity to cancel your reservation and release it for someone else but this is not guaranteed.
DELIVERY
Delivery is only offered to Bentwater addresses, within the stated window. I ask for a mobile number and any gate or access instruction at the time you reserve.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your flowers during the delivery window. I send a message when the delivery is on its way and at arrival for your convenience.
Should the address prove to be outside Bentwater, or access impossible with the instructions given, I will be in touch; the order may be refunded at my discretion.
SENDING FLOWERS AS A GIFT
If you would like your reservation delivered as a gift, please reserve in your own name but with the recipient's delivery address in Bentwater. Please then provide the recipient's name and phone number in the notes section for delivery notification. You are welcome to leave a message to the recipient in the notes and I will write the message by hand. If the recipient cannot be reached and the flowers cannot be left without risk of damage, I will contact you.
FLOWERS IN THE HOME
Please remember that fresh flowers carry pollen and may provoke an allergic reaction in some people. If this occurs, remove the flowers from the area.
Vases are breakable and some flowers and foliage are toxic to humans, cats, and dogs if chewed or consumed. If you have inquisitive children or animals, place the arrangement beyond their reach for their safety.
A vase holds water that may find its way to furniture. Place a coaster or mat between the vase and wood or other sensitive surfaces to prevent damage.
IF SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT
Send me a photograph within 24 hours of delivery if the flowers arrived damaged, or are not what was described.
Flowers are living material and will open, age, wilt and shed naturally. Remove wilted blooms as the flowers age for the best overall vase life.
YOUR INFORMATION
Your personal information is used only for communication with you and for delivering products and services. It will never be sold.
THE SMALL PRINT
Where something beyond my control prevents an offering (weather, a failed market, illness, etc.) I will be in touch and refund you in full. My responsibility is limited to the price of the order.
I may decline or refund any reservation at my discretion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and may be revised; the version in force is the one published at the time you reserve.
